Safety
OEKO-TEX certification underpins our approach to textile and material safety. We test for harmful substances as a matter of course, not just when regulations demand it.
Quality
Standards
BSI membership and ISO-aligned quality management processes mean every product we deliver has been tested, verified, and documented to the standards our retail and brand partners expect.
Transparent
Reporting
We share audit results, certification documents, and supplier information with clients on request. Accountability requires visibility — we don't treat our supply chain as a trade secret.
Forest-Positive
Materials
Every paper, board, and fibre substrate we specify is FSC-certified or sourced from mills operating closed-loop water systems. We refuse virgin-fibre materials with no chain-of-custody verification.
Supply Chains
Ethics
We are members of Sedex and amfori (BSCI), and require key suppliers to complete SMETA or BSCI audits. We only work with factories that demonstrate fair labour practices, safe working conditions, and responsible wage structures.
Packaging
Reduction
OPRL and APCO membership guide our packaging decisions. We design for recyclability as standard and track the ratio of recycled to virgin content across every product line we manage.
